All-on-4 Implantation

All-on-4 Implantation — an innovative prosthetic technique that uses only four implants to support a full dental prosthesis on the jaw (upper or lower). This method allows for the restoration of all teeth in one day using a minimal number of implants.

Main Features of the All-on-4 System:

Number of Implants: Four implants are used, strategically placed — two vertically in the front part of the jaw and two angled in the back. This provides high stability and effective load distribution.

Procedure Speed: In many cases, the prosthesis can be placed immediately after implantation, allowing the patient to leave the clinic with new teeth on the same day.

Minimizing the Need for Bone Augmentation: Due to the angled placement of the back implants, this method often eliminates the need for complex bone augmentation procedures, which are sometimes necessary with traditional implants.

Cost-Effectiveness: With only 4 implants required, this can be a more affordable option compared to placing 8-10 implants for a full arch.

All-on-6 Implantation:

This method is similar to All-on-4, with the difference that six implants are used instead of four. The additional implants increase stability and can be beneficial in cases where more support for the prosthesis is needed, such as when the bone quality is lower.

Advantages of Both Methods:

  • Quick restoration of dental function and smile aesthetics.
  • Convenient for patients with complete tooth loss or complex dental issues.
  • Minimal surgical intervention compared to traditional methods.
  • Both methods provide a reliable and functional solution for people who have lost a significant number of teeth, allowing them to avoid removable dentures.
